Top 10 Favorite Songs!

Music has proven to lift your mood and give you the feels, this is why I take extra care when choosing what songs I listen to. Below I have listed 10 songs which are my go-to on every occasion, check them out if you have not heard of these songs before and if you have, let me know why you like that song. Oh, and these are in no particular order. Enjoy!

Number One: Start a fire by Ryan Star

This song is part of my morning playlist and honestly gets me moving in the morning. I enjoy jamming out to it in the shower and when I am getting ready to go somewhere. This song is a perfect sing-along song and is one of the best if you are planning a road trip. Your welcome.

Number Two: La Vie Est Belle by La Belle Vie

This is a French song in case the name didn’t give it away and I blast this song when driving anywhere. This song has a dreamlike feeling to it, it reminds me of being drunk and seeing blurry flashing lights at a club. This song always puts me in an upbeat, carefree and energetic mood.

Number Three: Be Somebody by Thousand  Foot Krutch

This song inspires me, the lyrics pull at my heartstrings and make me want to get up and take action. I usually listen to this first thing in the morning to get me in the boss state of mind, that way I can make all my big decisions earlier on and get more done in the morning.  Other times, the shower and long drives where I blast this song and let it resonate through me.

Number Four: Daoko by Kenshi Yonezu

This song is again very inspiring, when I hear this song it gives me a feeling of flight- I feel as if I am flying through the clouds and am soaring through the sky. I feel invincible when listening to this song and usually sing along to thin on high volume when driving through the countryside. 

Number Five: Deewani Mastani by Shreya Ghoshal

This is an Indian song that was featured in the Bollywood movie Bajirao Mastani, this song is just full of aesthetics and is an explosion of sound- in the good way. This song is filled with many melodies and beats, I enjoy listening to this song because it transports me to the era in India where Raja’s and Rani’s ruled, this song makes me feel like I am at a grand ball with them dancing and celebrating- it is an enchanting song!

Number Six: Yes to Heaven by Lana Del Rey

This song definitely passes the vibe check, this song is filled with beautiful words that create longing within me for a place I have never gone to but want to explore: It creates a kind of wanderlust within me. I love this song so much and can listen to it anywhere doing anything.

Number Seven: Seed by Aurora

This song gives me chills, I live for this song. This song is filled with magic and art, it brings the woodland fairy out of me and makes me want to write poems about saving the world. There is no specific time that I listen to this song, but when I do- I feel pumped and feel like I can take on the world. 

Number Eight: Introduction by Queen B

This is a Japanese song and I love everything about it, the tune of this song is just perfect and get me up on my feet, I feel invincible listening to this song. This song is fun and uses different tones of voice to draw you in and get hooked. I usually listen to this song in the car.

Number Nine: Mothers Daughter by Miley Cyrus

This song gives me all the attitude never knew I had, listening to this song not only inspires me but makes me feel like a bad b****. If you need a song to lift you up and give you courage, then put the bottle down and give this song a go. It works every time: ) 

Number Ten: Ecoute Cherie by Vendredi Sur Mer

This is another French song, and let me tell you, this song is the best to vibe too! No matter where you are or what you are doing, listing to this song makes you feel like you’re the lead to any sexy heartthrob movie. It’s a  sensual song and I often hear this song when I am in bed after a long day of hard work.
